Popular dances of the 20th century revisited by French choreographer Georges Appaix in an amusing and colourful series of ten 3-minute films.
The 1930"s Java, 40"s Swing, 50"s Mambo and Cha Cha Cha, 60"s Rock, Twist and Madison, 1970"s Disco, the Greek Sirtaki and the everlasting Slow are staged in a setting of exciting computer graphics and sound effects.
Each film ends with a spectacular archive sequence showing its early performances in their original context.
